Return condition
The item must be unused, unwashed, free from pet hair, odors, stains, and damage, and returned with original packaging when reasonably possible.
Request a return
- Email yanthetisales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions and the approved return address.
- Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method.
Do not send a return without authorization.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection, usually within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Exclusions
Used, washed, altered, final-sale, personalized, or gift-card items are not returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.
