30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, free from pet hair, odors, stains, and damage, and returned in their original packaging when reasonably possible.
Start a return
Email yanthetisales@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Inspection and refund timing
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or any issue. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Non-returnable items
Used, washed, altered, final-sale, personalized, or gift-card items are not eligible unless defective or otherwise required by law.
