Good care helps your sofa pad stay comfortable and look its best. Always follow the sewn-in label when it differs from this general guide.
Before washing
- Remove loose hair and debris.
- Close hook-and-loop fasteners, if present.
- Wash separately or with similar colors.
- Do not overload the machine.
Machine washing
Use cold water, a gentle cycle, and a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and harsh stain removers unless the care label specifically allows them.
Drying
Air drying is preferred. If machine drying is allowed, use low heat and remove promptly. High heat may affect texture, backing, or shape.
Between washes
Vacuum gently, spot clean spills promptly, and rotate or reposition the pad to promote even wear. Test cleaning products on a hidden area first.
Avoid
Do not iron coated or plush surfaces, dry clean unless permitted, or place the product back on furniture while damp.
